Initially the device did not work when installed. When they called the customer number on the website they couldn't help but say they would pick up the number and get in touch with me. I was checked out by a representative of my issue and sent a new block straight away. The new device works as advertised and works great. it heats up in a few seconds and the glass surface feels premium and is easy to clean. So they have good customer service. The original edition appears to have been damaged in transit.
