I bought two of these stoves for my guest house. The first cooker worked great for about 8 months, and once the cooker was in operation, you couldn't turn it off. I ordered this unit about a year ago and recently installed it in my basement in my bar/kitchen during a renovation project. The only downside is the lack of concise instructions for US installations as they appear to be adapted for UK installations. Final Verdict: After considering all the possible options, I've come to the conclusion that I just don't want to use this device. I don't know if it failed itself or if a guest broke it somehow, so I didn't request a warranty replacement. There is no mention of a guarantee in any of the documents I can find.
