We bought this cover for our Niagara opening window just over two years ago and have been very pleased. Remember this is much more than a tarp. Let's start by saying that it's very well done. My wife is quite an experienced seamstress and she was impressed with the workmanship and stitching when we took it out of the box. Breathable fabric allows the trailer to breathe, reducing the likelihood of condensation and mold growth. The simple but effective ventilation design works well and you can actually see the ventilation and vents working on windy and windy days. The flexible tie down straps are easily adjustable and the ends are bent by the user to conform to the shape of the trailer frame rails. The cover is light enough for one person to mount on our Niagara, but slightly easier with two people. Despite the lightness, the case is hard. We live in Kansas, in Tornado Alley. The coating has withstood thunderstorms of 60-80 mph at least four times without damage. A couple of times we've had to pull the ends back onto the hull after a storm, but it only takes a minute and there was no sign of separation. Our Niagara has air conditioning, so we got up as suggested by the manufacturer. two feet tall to accommodate the roof air conditioner overhang. It worked well with our trailer because it covers the spare tire in the back and extends over the propane tanks in the front, protecting the tire and plastic bottle cap from the sun. With this arrangement we had a bit of an overall "setback" in the fit, so we pulled the spare tire and bottle caps slightly, using standard stretch cord with a couple of layers of shelf rubber for protection. This procedure is NOT recommended by the manufacturer, but has worked very well for us and the affected area shows no signs of wear. We are entering our third year of insurance and it is clear that this will be the case. While it looks pretty good overall, there are areas around the air conditioning and gas cylinders that show signs of wear. also a bit of wear and tear if the bungee rubs on the sides. Given the constant exposure to the elements, we think this is a pretty good lifespan and we plan on replacing it when we're done with the fall travel season. Considering the very reasonable price and the service we received from him, I would recommend the cover to anyone.
