Review on ACDelco 580 1080 Original Equipment Absorber by Andrew Davenport

review not about a defective shock absorber but Revain's trouble with a warranty claim! A hit went wrong. It happens. After 4 months of use, the seal burst and oil leaked out. What surprised me is that Revain wanted nothing to do with the warranty, which by the way is 24 months or 24,000 miles. First they sent me a link to ACDelco India's website. So I called ACDelco US Customer Service Number 800 223-3526 and spoke to a gentleman about my issue. He saw and gave me the Revain customer service number 888 280-4331, told me to go straight to the manager and explained that Revain is an authorized ACDelco dealer and is therefore required to process all warranty claims on ACDelco parts. So now Revane sent me a return label. Now I want to get back 45 minutes of my life I wasted on my phone and Revain chat! Damn Jeff! .
