Definitely not indestructible.
These shoes broke within a week of wearing where the laces attach. We submitted a replacement. The replacement took about 2 weeks and the toes ripped out. They also pierce my husband's socks every day. If I had known the return date would stick from the first pair I would have just returned my money the first time.
