To say I saved time and money would be an understatement. I bought the regular meat we love in bulk which is cheaper, spent the night cutting and cooking the meat. The instructions say 5 minutes to cut, 15 to rest to keep the motor from overheating. Ideal! I can do it! I set a slicer timer for 5 minutes and then another timer for 15 minutes to place the sliced meat in containers, layer and separate with wax paper and containerize them according to my intended use. I simply thaw a container the night before that I will use the next day. I only did this 1 night 2 weeks ago. I threw a family Korean BBQ for my son's birthday and a hot dinner party just because I have all the cut meat pieces. I've gone back and forth between grilled roast, stir fry and pot soup and I still have those 2 containers of chopped meat in the picture. I haven't spent any money on groceries since then and am very pleased with the ease of cooking with pre-cut, freshly defrosted meat and veggies. put in the dishwasher and wash thoroughly. Taking it back is also easy. Just 3 screws and remember how you took it apart. Rschunimagu. I prefer good hygiene to the convenience of wiping, so this was perfect for me!
