I like that it is easy to use, has many features including multiple languages (including Spanish), can be used in conjunction with other software such as Medidata Rave or OpenClinica etc., very user friendly app which makes data entry quick & efficient! It's not perfect but we are still learning how best utilize all of its capabilities - so far no major issues have been discovered/reported by our users thusfar- however there may well come times when you need something more advanced than what this product offers at present time.- The price point could probably do better if they were able offer some sortof addtional support services beyond just selling us an electronic device without any additional training from their end?
