They also asked me to take a photo of the flaw location so they could improve the manufacturing process. I will DEFINITELY be buying from this company again, they are fantastic and their customer service is second to none. No, I'm not super clumsy, he just collapsed. It's made of very soft cheap metal. A big disappointment for an otherwise very well made bag. ==== Really impressed with the build quality of the bag. I expected much less; It's a crappy shoot with Revane a few times. Even the tools are pretty well made, more than enough for emergencies. One thing that surprised me is that it's a bit smaller than expected. It's hard to get an idea of the scale, so if you need to put large items in, look at the customer photos before ordering.
