When my bag 1st arrived I thought it was perfect. Loved the size, it slips over my luggage and the inside is pretty open and roomy. Everything I wanted to bring on the plane fit in there with room to spare. As I made my way through the airport, I started having issues. With the only outside pocket in the back (and not very big for the size of the bag) it wasn’t convenient to get to what I had in there. I tried turning it around, but then the items in the inside pockets kept digging into me as I walked. Then when I purchased water and snacks I realized the zipper opening was so long that I had to zip the bag pretty far before I got to the middle. This meant when my bag was full, my items were spilling out and I couldn’t just reach in, grab my wallet and be done. If there was a double zipper like in my luggage I could have kept most of the bag closed and it wouldn’t have been a problem. You can’t leave this bag unzipped at all, it always has to be completely zipped. Lack of pockets, and the long zipper, also made it where I couldn’t easily get into when it was under the seat. If there were pockets on the front and sides, where I could keep my water, wallet, boarding pass (yes I still like a real boarding pass) and other things you want easily accessible, the long zipper wouldn’t matter and this bag would be my most favorite. I should state, when I travel, I pack my purse and only use one bag getting through the airport. I don’t like carrying, keep track or getting into more than one bag. So if you carry both and don’t have to get into this bag as often as I did, you might not have any of these issues.
