Here are the recommendations I tested for you EVAP Emission Locks (when I did all the items sold on Revain: - ACDelco 214-2311 fits 09 Tahoe /07 Sierra 1500 5.3 engine but I needed adapter harness 19257603 It doesn't come with hoses or charcoal filter The hose that connects to this and the gas tank will break and vent I made a new clean cut on the broken end of the hose (probably cut off 1 -2cm, not much) I then heat treated (DO NOT OVERHEAT, go slow) the tubing to attach with a hair dryer (the torch is more likely to overheat) at the end of the canister. This process requires precision and takes time to finish getting it right so it goes through the ledge on the canister where the hose fits) I reheated it and pushed in the outer part of the tubing that connects to the canister during cool down for a tighter fit. I only kept my original charcoal filter because I didn't see it sold separately. 96553405 is my original breather filter for 09 Tahoe / 07 Sierra 1500 5.3 engine and does not require an adapter harness. I had to follow the same troubleshooting steps as above. 23481275 is probably the route you want to take. Including hoses and new activated carbon filter. You will need adapter harness 9257603. The canister has a new look and the hoses attached to it are in a different location so don't worry. I don't know if it will slide in a metal clip bolted to the car. For me it's not a problem, if I had this problem I would secure it with strong cable ties or use metal wire and twist it. ACDelco 214-1680 fits an 09 Tahoe / 07 Sierra 1500 5.3 engine and that's what I used. No special work is required. plug and play - ACDelco 215-464 fits Tahoe 5.3 2009th engine. I don't know if it will fit 07 Sierra 1500 but I think it will. Use caution when removing clamps to disconnect hoses, they can become brittle with time and weather. If you break them, I found them at Autozone and needed a dremel to sand off some of the plastic so it fits perfectly.
