Good product for the price. These pens are much lighter and smaller (lower mass) but inexpensive. Assembly - I only gave 4 stars because the screws weren't long enough for the drawers, the handles weren't included. I called Franklin. Your customer service was great and sent me longer screws twice which I received 2 weeks later. USPS lists the 1st rate. The screws were still 1/8" too short. Since the drawer handles are hollow and not solid, I needed 1 3/4" long. I finally bought screws from Home Depot for a snug fit. The dealer sent me what the manufacturer had provided. That's what we get for importing cheap products. Also when installed, the diameter of the base versus the cabinets is smaller so you can see where my old handles were. Especially in the bathroom because of the humidity. The kitchen is not that prominent.
