Review on 🥧 9-Inch Aluminized Steel Pie Pan by USA Pan Bakeware by Sean Moran

This is by far my favorite cake pan and I make a lot of cakes. What makes it especially great is its weight and thickness, resulting in a heavy browning of the bottom crust. I also like glass pie plates, but I feel like an aluminized steel pan works even better. I can actually lift an entire cake out of the pan without sticking once the cake has cooled. Try making this in a glass cake pan. I also like the sloping sides of the pan and the flared rim, great design for crimping and baking the dough to keep it in place. USA Pan Aluminum Steel Bakeware 9"
