This hat and dress should come with the 2022 and 2023 charms. We needed a 2023 keychain for scheduled recordings. Lacking that stimulus, we can't make all the planned shots. The size of the dress is as expected. It's not super low or super high. There are long threads sticking out that need to be cut off. The hat fits well and the color is just right. But the missing element is the problem. UPDATE: The company contacted me to resolve the issue. They offered a replacement for the missing key fob or a full refund as the key fob was missing from my daughter's older photos. I appreciate that kind of customer service which is why I added 2 stars for their customer service.
