Review on 💅 SHANY 36W UV Nail Dryer Lamp/Light for Acrylic, Gel Polish, and Nail Curing with Sliding Tray, Timer Setting, and SPA Equipment by Marina Knutson

I would have given this lamp at least 4 stars if the timer worked but I read the reviews when I bought it and realized that a) the price means lower quality and b) others are warned about the idle timer. It's okay, but it detracts from the comfort. The order was shipped quickly and delivered in a simple package. I inserted the bulbs (gently and then firmly inserted), removed the protective cover on the lower mirror shell and connected. I've tried using the timer feature and found it doesn't work, even after re-reading the instructions, make sure I've used it correctly. I did my manicure with Red Carpet Manicure and I am very impressed with the results! If I knew how much better it is to have a 36w gel setting lamp, I would buy this lamp in a heartbeat! By applying each coat of polish in 2 minutes I got amazing light coverage which meant even coverage of the nail and much less waiting time than when using the 9w portable lamps that came with the RCM kit. What I didn't expect was that my gel polish would cure much faster than with a low wattage lamp. I am very glad I made this purchase and if I have any further performance issues I will update my review.
