I like to cook with the Jetsons. This is the next evolution of pressure cooking. I'm used to using a pressure cooker on the stovetop which you have to keep an eye on and adjust the temperature when the pressure is reached. With this pressure cooker, you push the buttons and do something else. I'll come back later, open it and dinner is ready. Looks good, but I've only had it a few months. The settings are quite intuitive. Cleaning is easy. The pan is a retractable insert. The lid has five main parts that you separate for cleaning and that's it. On the underside of the lid is a wraparound disc with a silicone seal that needs to be removed and washed after each use. In the center of this disc on the underside of the lid is a soft silicone sleeve that I don't usually remove after each use. All of this will definitely become apparent when you see it with your own eyes. You will not regret this purchase. This is especially helpful for people who eat healthily but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen after a long day at work.
