First, it’s beautiful and I love it! A flawless, hefty piece and the base looks very nice with it. Picks up the light very nicely. Definitely an item to gift a loved one or for yourself. It can last should you wish to pass it on to children or grandchildren and it does carry a certain mystique. VERY pleased with it! I’ve always wanted one.A funny thing happened. I unpacked it and set it where I want it. At the time, my puppy was outside. When he came in, the instant he saw it, he barked nonstop for about 5 minutes.
