When writing large amounts of data, it periodically "falls off" and ceases to be visible in the system (this has not yet been observed when reading). Since this is the only flash drive that behaves this way, you can't blame the USB port, it's a feature of this flash drive. Thus, if you managed to write something on it (for example, a distribution kit of some large package), then it can be used as an installation one. But only :(((
