Uncomfortable and Unreliable Carrier
This carrier was a huge disappointment. The straps were not adjustable and dug into my shoulders during the entire pet transport experience. The carrier also had a faulty zipper, which made me constantly worry about my cat's safety. The only pro was it was advertised as airline-approved, which helped during my travels. However, the cons outweighed any benefit. Save your money and look elsewhere for pet supplies.
