Review on 🚲 High Lumen Blackburn Countdown 1600 Bike Front Light for Enhanced Visibility by Bryan Covington

I ordered this flashlight and when I opened the box the flashlight broke right out of the box. The bracket attached to the light that secures the light to the bike has been cut off. It is important to note that the box has not been damaged. I contacted Blackburn directly about the warranty but they said I had to work directly with the place I bought it from. This is in contrast to every other guarantee I have seen. I sent the lamp back and got a replacement. Same, broke right out of the box and Blackburn did not honor the warranty. If light doesn't stand up to transport, how is it supposed to survive on a bicycle? The place I bought it from was great for work and we came up with something. I will never buy a Blackburn product again, mainly because of the poor customer service.
