I hope they were able to give us some sort of guarantee that it was made in the USA or had a titanium certificate or something but it seems to be a well known company and they I have good customer service so can't complain about that. Also have spare parts. Hopefully their customer service will be around for years to come. My only complaint is that the top doesn't always go straight, and when it doesn't it kind of gets stuck and you risk splashing it, but it doesn't. bad but needs improvement. Another thing is that the bottle holds about 740ml. I've measured it, however much comes out when you unscrew the cap, still around 740ml. It would be nice if it was a little more, around 800ml. Anyway, I haven't dropped or scratched it yet, hence white I don't know how it will behave. I've ordered a neoprene or what they call an insulator for it, I'm waiting for it as I want to pour hot water inside. Decent product, I think more reliable than others. highlighted.
