I like that it has all our current info stored as well as past data which we use when responding or training new responders! We have been able to create custom reports with this system without having access to SQL Server databases!! There are some things missing from their database such as incident type codes but they do provide links if you need them. This program helps us keep track of incidents through out various departments within my agency, allows me to see what others department members may not know about certain events etc..
