The customer service is really good! They are very responsive when you need help with something or have questions about their services.
Sometimes it takes them longer than expected for responses but that's just how they do things sometimes so don't get frustrated if you're waiting awhile between replies from your rep/support team member. I've used other systems previously (and still use some) where there were problems getting reimbursed after an expense was processed by another system - this has never been an issue at all using Otech. It makes everything easy because we can see what our clients spend before submitting any expenses through otepay as well as being able to track those expenditures once submitted.
