I like that it is easy for me as an agent/travel manager member using my cell phone or computer easily without having any issues with internet connection problems even when traveling out-of -towners are looking up things such hotels etc.. I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
The customer service is really good! They are very responsive when you need help with something or have questions about their services.
Sometimes it takes them longer than expected for responses but that's just how they do things sometimes so don't get frustrated if you're waiting awhile between replies from your rep/support team member.
