Simple truth is best in network adapters

I love this product. The first thing you need to know is that this PLC technology has some limitations when it comes to your electrical network and here are my results for your reference: First I tested my internet directly with an ethernet cable from a router. Download 150 Mbit/s and upload 20 Mbit/s. So here is the maximum I expected to go through this pair of TP-Link AV1000. I then ran 3 device tests, all with one end of the device plugged directly into a wall outlet next to the router. The first initial test was to plug the 2nd device into the same outlet as the 1st device. Here I tested the best possible scenario: same outlet, same circuit breaker, same fuse box. Results: 150 Mbps down / 18 Mbps down. So far, so good! Second test: I took the 2nd device and plugged it into a different outlet that I know belongs to the same fuse box but to a different switch. Results: 100 Mbps down, 14 up. Third test: I took the 2nd device and plugged it into a different outlet that was in an extended area of the house and had a separate fuse box (same power outlet/meter). Here the results were as follows: 50 Mbps down / 14 Mbps up. My conclusions and hope to help you with this purchase is that this device works very well but you have to understand its limitations when it goes through circuit breakers, and especially if you want the signal to go to another cascade breaker unit.
