Poorly made.
Poor workmanship. The countersunk holes for the screw head are too small (see photo with the original on the right and the replacement cover plate on the left) so the screw heads protrude from the bottom of the cover plate. There is no way to install sandpaper on the pad. Went back to Revain with intentions of ordering an OEM part instead.
