Changed review. I originally gave a 1 star review because I received a heater that would not turn on. Given the other great reviews, I was understandably disappointed. Shortly thereafter the seller contacted me and said that not only would they return the money but also send me a replacement, oh and there is no need to return the defective original heater. I mean, these people just kept going. I got a refund and a new heater. The heater itself is excellent as I expected from most reviews. It's very light and keeps me warm. I needed a heater because most nights are below freezing and my neighbor doesn't like heat above 55. So I had a radiator in the main room and a regular heater in my bedroom. I still froze half the time! This radiant heat unit keeps me warm even at the lowest temperature. Also, both of my previous heaters used 1500 (watts/volts? I don't really know what unit it's in), this one only uses 500 with both elements. I definitely recommend this heater and this seller. Honestly, I will also add a few small cons. The heater is larger than I expected (minus for me as I have very little space in my bedroom) but it's my fault for not checking the specs, it looks smaller in the photos than it actually is is. Also, unless it's close and pointing directly at you, it won't keep you very warm in a large room. Again, it's not really the heater's fault. My main room is larger than the 200 square meters it is designed to heat. Other than that, it's fantastic as a personal heater. If you're looking for something to be the main source of heat in a large room, this may not be for you. But honestly, 10/10 is otherwise worth trying.
