This pre-workout has a subtle effect. The stimulation is medium based so you get a great pump, but if you're used to hardcore stims it won't be as strong. It won't make you feel like you're into crack, but with an extra helping it will do the job just fine. Beginners not used to stimulants just stick with one and it will blow your mind. Overall a great product. Flavor is about 6-7/10.
