These guys delivered quickly and the service was ok. I won't snub them, but I should warn people about Intel's warranty support. We have about 20 of these with our customers and have had a few minor hiccups. Multiple fan and jumper errors. If the PC is critical to you, Intel will honor your warranty but will not send parts for repair. You'll have to lose your computer for a week or pay for an advance replacement. I'm not happy with the few failures I've had. I mostly use HP and out of hundreds of machines I have a low failure rate. Intel has a great product in their NUC line, but you might not want to pay a hefty price tag when there are plenty of non-NUC options.
