I've never waxed, but I've wanted to learn for a long time. This is the perfect starter kit for those who want to start beginner waxing without spending a lot of money. The kit comes with everything you need to get started, so you don't have to worry about going to the store when your package arrives. The before spray smells wonderful and feels cool, the after spray is heavenly and feels good on my skin after the epilation is finished. When the wax balls melted, they had absolutely no smell. I had no issues with the wax being too hot, it was the perfect consistency for applying a small test strip (had to apply a small area to be nervous about applying a larger area!). This was my first time doing armpits and I was very surprised at how easy it was. However, I will say that I tried to do legs in about a week and it was an epic failure. I'm still learning, so definitely user error, not a product issue. All in all, if you're looking to try waxing for the first time, this is a great product to try. It's not very big so perfect for small bathrooms and for storage which is very important to me.
