The brief instructions with directions are very poorly prepared and written. The included instructions do NOT provide the information needed to adjust the brightness. There is no place where the brand is listed to find instructions for this product. An e-mail can be sent, which is expected to be answered within 48 hours. However, after a week of using this product, I'm still trying to figure out how to increase the display brightness from the factory setting of 50% to the desired/useful setting of 100%.
