Review on 📸 Efficient Scanning Made Easy: Visioneer One Touch 5800 USB Flatbed Scanner by Steve Albright

Purchased from Osgood Tool and Home Supply. The delivered box does not contain installation CD and invoice. Revain does not say "no installation CD". Received "Scanner needs to be unlocked" error message. Searched for hours and several people had the same problem. I called tech support, they no longer support this scanner. Too old. . I've had the same scanner for fifteen years and it served my needs well and I still had the installation CD. It just died and I wanted to replace it with the same brand. Conclusion: I ended up sending the scanner back with a prepaid return label and hoping for a full refund of the defective scanner.
