Amazing pan! in my review
After years of searching…this is the pan I have been waiting for! It is super easy to clean - literally with the soft side of the sponge. I love the wood handle and the wood top for the cover. I never have to put on a hot pad or burn my hand! The size is phenomenal for family dinners. I do find that it is best to cook on medium heat and is worth the wait. I can’t speak to longevity but if it lasts at least 6 months I will definitely buy again!
- The non-stick surface makes cooking and cleaning a breeze
- The pan may not be easy to season
