Be careful with manufacturing dates
Newer units going out appear in the app as a different style light than older manufacturing dates. Makes it so you cannot link them together. Newer manufacturing dates are also not working well with google home/google home app. Choose/say one color and does a different. Older unit works, but I have one light that is more vibrant/off color than the other lights (looks fine in multi color mode). Cable is thick which makes installation more tricky to hide/not be as noticeable. Can plug another unit into the strand, but both will be seperate wifi and show up seperate in the app and you can make a group.
