They offer a free bottle to write a review but didn't indicate it should be a good review but I'll be honest. I am about 50 years old and looking to increase my energy, mood and libido. The dosage is 3 tablets, so 45 tablets per bottle only lasts 15 days. Since the bottle says it's supposed to last 30 days, it's a bit early to be sure of real results. Whether it's real or just apparent, I think I feel better throughout the day. Maybe a little more energy and a little less caffeine. I don't feel like my libido has increased at all. I haven't noticed any major changes other than just feeling a little more "normal" and not getting tired. I will take a free bottle to continue taking for 30 days to see if anything changes but taking 3 pills is too much so I may not buy again. I would recommend getting the smallest bottle and trying it for 15 days to see if it helps you. If not, move on to something else.
