Review on Nature's Miracle Self-Cleaning Litter Box for Multiple Cats by Keri Diaz

Revainrating 1 out of 5

If you don't have an ice cube-peeing cat with a desert rock stool, stay away from this toy!

I just moved into the apartment and decided it was time for the machine to control odors as I can no longer leave the box in the garage. I have two cats. I read the reviews, and this model came out on top for being odor-free, making it into the top 3. I have tried my best not to buy Litter Robot as $500 seems like too much. Long story short, I've never picked up as much poop or touched as much dirty junk in the last 10 days as I have in my entire life! A big box for several cats is stupid. You want a large area for waste disposal; Nobody needs more than one cat at a time in a small box. Basically, you should replace the waste container every one and a half days. Litter must be "combed” by hand at least once a day. The bottom line is, if you can't afford a scavenger robot, buy a regular box and build it yourself. Once you're done with this toy and its expensive recycling bins, you can afford two LRs in 6 months. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this product. And I'm suspicious of articles on the web saying this device is a top competitor. It's a toy. So if you don't have a toy cat, buy something else.
