A very nice fan. Whisper quiet and bright light. The instructions were really terrible. Here are the simplified instructions for beginners like us: 1. Install the bracket on the ceiling box.2. Insert the black box "Fan Controller" into the bracket. We found this in the remote AFTER we thought we'd plugged everything in.3. Connect all cables.4. Place the pole cover on top of the ceiling fan and route the wires through.5 Place the bracket cover over the pole cover.4. Slide the boom through the cap and cover into the fan connector on top of the fan (secure with the provided pin) and tighten the screws.5. Lift the fan up to the bracket and place the boom head in the bracket. Align groove.6. Connect all your wires.7. Loosen the two screws in the bracket to align with the ceiling cover.8. Lift the ceiling cover, insert the wires and screw on the cover. Tighten screws.9. Twist to rotate the light cover until it comes off.10. Remove the screws from the fan. Fix the LED with screws.11. connect cable. (We were confused by two white wires. Then we found the L and N markings on the block with LEDs to understand which is the neutral wire)12. Screw the cover back on.
