Review on Assorted Locking Knitting Multipurpose Portable by Denise Davis

The markers are good, they do the job. They don't seem to last forever but I guess that's why there are so many of them. The case is pretty thin and the zipper has come undone on its own more than once so I decided to keep it in the zipper just in case it pops open. But scissors are bullshit. I bought this set because it came with scissors and I needed a pair for travel so I figured why not. I was deciding between this set and another that had a tape measure instead, but I chose this one because I liked the travel scissors with the lid. I have trouble cutting a piece of yarn with these things. You're almost better off simply sawing the yarn over one of the blades with open ended scissors. I didn't have high expectations, but I hoped they wouldn't be totally useless. All in all, loop markers are what I need and they work for my purposes. If that's why you buy it, there are definitely better deals out there, but they're not bad. If you're buying a case and/or scissors, don't do this.
