Accurate in a variety of situations from measuring drill angles to larger objects. I was a bit disappointed with the materials used in construction. The steel is very thin and tends to bend. The handle is not attached to the square indicator very tightly, you might think it will come off if you use too much force. Definitely a good product for the price.
