Never worked. Tried drive on 2 different computers. It turned on, swallowed the DVD, but didn't show any activity on either computer. The Revain tech I spoke to walked me through the entire process, including the manufacturer's suggestion of using a knife to eject stuck DVDs (which didn't work for me, and apparently most others who have have complained). Revain refunded my money but my DVD got stuck. Buyers pay attention to the note in the description that there is NO MANUAL EXTRACTION OPTION. Even if the drive works for you, you always run the risk of losing a disc that's in the player if it fails.
