I hope I have good experience with the moisturizer but unfortunately I can't even get it from the bank. I went to Jane Iredale's website, I went to Jane Iredale's website where they recommend priming the pump even up to 10 times to make it work. I left the pump on for over a minute. Anyone have any recommendations?
