Review on Christmas Advent Candle Set U S by James Cross

Looks good, had no problems with the outer paint chipping and indeed as the candle cools the paint fills in the white centre. If I hadn't been told they had a white center, I wouldn't have known. These candles make a mess because they burn out so quickly and run down the sides into the candle holder. Although we light them for 20-30 minutes a day, they don't last the whole of Advent. Next time we shop we will look for larger candles with a small/tapered base to match our wreath. These narrow ones just can't hold the hot wax up, so the wick burns slower and lasts longer, not to mention making a mess.
