These nursing pads are very thin. They have an extra absorbent blue layer on the inside. There are two self-adhesive strips that can be attached to the inside of a shirt or bra. They stick well and the two sticky pads really help keep them flat. I think the pads do their job very well. They're also discreet, lying flat on your shirt or bra so there aren't any lumps or obvious signs that you're wearing them. Each is also individually wrapped so they are fully sealed and protected until needed. They work well and have no odor or lint.
