Lucky hat with flap is the best in my rating
I mistakenly thought this hat was the same fabric as the other two I bought. I just looked at the picture. This hat is cotton and doesn't stay on my daughter's head like the other two. (They are made of stretch polyester). I do not recommend this product because it either blows away in every wind or my 8 month old can take it off MUCH easily.
