Although I've only had it a few weeks it seems to be quite durable so I'm hoping it will last. It's large and fairly shapeless, so it's hard to know which way it's going, but it doesn't seem to matter. The elastic around the bottom is snug and fits my Honda Rancher snugly even in high winds and is also waterproof.
