It's hard to get carried away with a thermometer/hygrometer, but this device is very enjoyable. Sure, it shows humidity and temperature (it would be pretty stupid if it didn't), but it also shows the highs and lows for 24 hours or all the time, as well as the trend for each. Box, but can also be calibrated if desired so that the display is very accurate. The hygrometer display height is just over 7/8 inch and the temperature display is slightly smaller, about 5/8 inch. Height. Both are clearly visible throughout the room. It can be attached to the wall with a screw or has two magnets that you can use to attach it to a metal surface. It doesn't have a table stand so I figured it would tip over, but it's quite heavy and has a flat base so that wasn't an issue. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.
