Please read our entire review, SANSCO have fantastic customer service. We bought our SANSCO Pro Surveillance System with FHD 1080P DVR. We bought insurance through Square Trade but one of our night vision cameras broke down and we contacted Square Trade to fix it or replace the camera and Square Trade wanted us to ship the camera so we thought so. We sent the faulty camera to Square Trade, they contacted us and wanted us to send the entire system including all cables, DVR and cameras. We would be without our security system for who knows how long. (We also paid someone to install the wiring and cameras). So my husband decided to contact SANSCO directly and explain what was wrong with the system. Zai from SANSCO asked him to try a few things and when nothing worked, Zai sent us a new camera for free. We purchased our system in January 2018 and it comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. SANSCO would rather have satisfied customers than bad reviews. We also bought the system for our son and he had no problems with his system. Our daughter and her husband get a SANSCO CCTV system for their home after hearing about SANSCO's customer service and how they do everything they can to help their customers. If you are looking for a CCTV system, we think SANSCO has a great product and the best customer service.
