It didn't seem to fit. Multiple leak

Good. I couldn't leak one, but the other two did. Is there a trick? I had to put them on. They looked like they were a bit small for a 3.5 inch filter canister. I ended up sending the old ones back. Can I get another set to try the next filter update? If so, how. Was definitely disappointed.
