Review on SRAM Chain 11 Speed Links Powerlock by Matt Estrada

Great necklace. The perfect balance between cost and performance. I'm not a weight lover so I don't need a more expensive SRAM chain, I just need a working SRAM chain. I made the mistake of fitting my bike with a mid-range KMC chain. The chain worked like a chain until about 100 miles when it snapped at me and fell completely off my bike while going down a really rocky section that required pedaling here and there but tons of rock jumps that I didn't do. I understand it went away until I needed more speed. So far (knock on wood) I've never had a SRAM chain failure - 9spd, 10spd or 11spd. And as I said, I only buy mid-range chains, I don't need ultra-light ones. I will never ride Shimano chains, my 2x10 XT bike has a SRAM chain and always will.
