Works as advertised

This is a great chain, easy to install and I have ridden many miles (2500-3000) with the chain properly lubed. At this price you can't beat it - I only ride flat terrain so the weight isn't an issue for me and I don't see the point in spending twice as much to shave a few grams of weight. I have a Shimano groupset and it works like a charm. I recommend it and will buy it again in the future.

Fits my 2017 Giant Anthem 2

Torn off my original chain after pushing, pulling and rolling it back to the car I ordered this chain. Beautifully packaged, comes in a hard plastic case to keep dirt out. Easy installation, measure, mark and press the connecting pin. Install the Power Lock and you're good to go. A chain breaking tool is required to adjust the chain length. I don't have enough experience to recommend more expensive chains, this product works well for me.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Reliable, easy to install, works great with my internal Shimano 105 setup

I use 105 components on my training bike (Specialized Allez on the 2019 Wahoo Kickr) and spin the cassette and chain monthly, re lubricated at intervals as required. I'm in the 10-12 hrs/week, FTP 265 category, so nothing special. I needed a new chain and Shimano components were missing from all bike shops, so I tested the principle "SRAM and Shimano chains are interchangeable". Is that so! So go ahead and thrive. SRAM chains last just as long as my Shimano chains and definitely work just as…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Negligible repairability

long game. - Cycling

This chain has been ridden a few thousand miles on my road bike and is wearing well. However, I wax my chains every 120 miles or so. I'm sure that's the main reason it wears well. I will buy again. Update: 1/19/2019 I have had approx. 7,000 miles on this chain and I just had to replace it. This was the first time I used this chain. I had a KMC chain on the bike before and swore by it, after replacing that this week I put one of the KMC chains on. All I can say is this will be my goto chain for…

Great chain, what more can I say?

Great necklace. The perfect balance between cost and performance. I'm not a weight lover so I don't need a more expensive SRAM chain, I just need a working SRAM chain. I made the mistake of fitting my bike with a mid-range KMC chain. The chain worked like a chain until about 100 miles when it snapped at me and fell completely off my bike while going down a really rocky section that required pedaling here and there but tons of rock jumps that I didn't do. I understand it went away until I needed

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Without instructions

and half price - best value

That's no lie - just about 3 weeks ago I bought a top quality KMC 11 speed chain, X11SL and I swear this PC1130 is smoother out of the box and smoother 3rd time. I have no doubt that the X11SL should be lighter and I rely on the X11SL to shift faster/smoother, but what about wattage? and smoothness across 45 miles, 35 miles and today's 51 miles after using the X11SL for the past three weeks. The PC1130 is slimmer and half the price - better value for money. Why did I buy PC1130? Well, I'll say…

  • Great for me
