Please save your media, filters, bubblers, aquarium and yourself, a huge pain in the neck that sand is. It takes forever to settle down, it keeps clogging our media/filters. Now our filter sounds like a grinder. He's constantly stuffing our bubbler. You make the smallest "whistle" in the water and it gets cloudy again for a few hours. This is in my quarantine aquarium. I wait until it's completely ready and then remove it and add a normal larger substrate. I HATE this shit. Thank goodness I didn't put it in my buffer tank or food bowl! waste of money!
